Role Summary:
Senior PHP software engineer with at least three years' experience developing for enterprise systems.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work with users to identify comprehensive system requirements, document design and scope.
* Abstract and wrap legacy systems with RESTful APIs.
* Build RESTful API's in a SOA environment.
* Identify opportunities to refactor solutions into common business services
* Collaborate with team to build modular software according to project standards.
* Mentor Junior developers.
Job Requirements:
* Expertise with PHP in a UNIX environment
* Expertise with REST and JSON
* Expertise with JavaScript/JQuery/CSS3/ Html5
* Excellent knowledge of automated unit testing/mocking frameworks.
* Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/Design Patterns
* Experience with MySQL
* Experience with regular expressions
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience with Angular is a plus
* Experience with Azure is a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
