A Behavioral Technician Role at Guidelight HealthGuidelight Health is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct, hands-on support to clients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of Masters-Level Clinicians and other mental health professionals.Behavioral Health Technicians will provide critical support to the Clinical Team in various ways, including:Assisting the team and clients with holding the daily program structure to ensure that groups start on time for maximum client benefit.Completing observation rounds and safety checks per provider's orders.Working with patients on de-escalation and implementing coping skills per treatment plan.Acting as a secondary support staff in group therapy and milieu.Providing case management support to clients by setting up aftercare appointments.Completing documentation of client observations and individual check-ins that occur throughout the day.Join our team where passion isn't just a buzzword - it's the driving force behind everything we do.
