Key Responsibilities:
+ Efficient Maintenance & Repairs : Perform cost-effective maintenance and repairs on all PHVAC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
+ System Construction & Alteration : Modify and install PHVAC systems in line with company standards.
+ Organized Workspace : Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the PHVAC mechanic shop and all work areas.
+ Communication & Documentation : Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately, communicating effectively within the team.
+ Safety Compliance : Adhere to F&PM and OSHA safety standards and use all required safety equipment.
Qualifications:
+ Education : High school diploma required.
+ Technical Knowledge : Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics; skilled with mechanical tools and environmental equipment systems.
+ Certification : EPA-approved Universal Refrigerant certification required.
+ Experience : 4+ years in environmental equipment operation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Physical Requirements : Able to lift 50 lbs., work in extreme conditions, and perform manual labor including climbing heights over 40 feet.
+ Additional Skills : Proficient in basic computer tasks (e.g., email, energy management systems), effective in team settings, and adaptable to challenging environments.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
