Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security checks and monitor surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activities.
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement access control procedures and verify identities of visitors and staff.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing security protocols and training programs.
- Provide security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or related roles.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain a high level of alertness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid security certifications and licenses as required by the state.
