We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, be able to assess and diagnose patient conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for educating patients on their condition and providing guidance on how to prevent further injury or illness.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and assess patient's physical condition and needs.
* Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient's mobility, strength, and flexibility.
* Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
* Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
