- 5x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating Weekends

Our Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Will:
Minimum Qualifications: · Current NYS PTA License · Basic Life Support · Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation · Electronic Medical Record experience.

The pay for this position ranges from $35 – 39 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
