Overview:
We are hiring an Inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant at Frazier Rehab Institute!
Location: 220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202 (downtown location)
Specifics: Full Time 1st shift
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
- Reports to physical therapist when re-evaluations are needed and or changes in patient status.
- Delegates tasks and duties as indicated.
- Performs documentation per policy and procedures ( progress notes, discharge summary, and multi-disciplinary education and treatment plan forms).
Required:
- PTA Licensure in practicing State
- Associates as Physical Therapy Assistant
Preferred:
- Physical Therapy Assistant or Rehab experience
