We are currently looking for a dual-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team. This unique role allows you to use both your physical therapy and massage therapy skills while playing a key part in launching our new massage therapy service.

What You Will Do:

• Empower Neurological Recovery: Use both physical therapy and massage therapy techniques to enhance patient outcomes, supporting individuals with neurological impairments to achieve their maximum physical potential.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our skilled team of therapists who are leaders in neurorehabilitation, while helping design and implement our new massage therapy program.
• Launch New Services: Play a key role in developing and executing our massage therapy service, including creating protocols, training, and patient education.
• Enhance The Patient Experience: Use your dual skill set to complement existing treatment plans, providing holistic care that combines manual therapy, neuromodulation, and advanced therapeutic techniques.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Dual-Licensed Experts: You hold both a valid IL PTA and LMT license, allowing you to blend your experience enhance patient outcomes.
• Innovative Collaborators With Prior Neuro Experience: You have 2+ years of PTA experience in a specific outpatient Neuro clinic and posses a passion for developing new programs and enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
• Compassionate Healers: You are driven by the desire to help individuals with neurological impairments and understand the impact that compassionate, holistic care can have on a patient’s recovery journey.
