Overview:
Nikao Performance and Rehab is expanding and is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Tempe, AZ. PRN positions are available for a mobile only caseload for interested candidates.

The ideal candidate should be personable and possess good communication skills.

Caseload / Patient Population:
The hired Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload, including home visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join our winning team! Support for your specialty area is available.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Retention bonus: $500 after 6 months of employment; $1,000 after 1 year.
• Benefits include a health stipend, 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and $1,500 per year for CEUs.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM. Home visits are available during the week and weekends, with flexible scheduling options. Job Requirements:

• Eligibility for AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• 1 year of prior outpatient ortho experience is required.
• PRN availability for a mobile only caseload.
