+ Schedule: PRN, as needed, This is a PRN position that requires a minimal weekend commitment and weekday coverage. This position will cover inpatient acute and IPR.

Responsibilities
Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.
+ Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
+ Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
+ Document treatment interventions given.
+ May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
