Understands and adheres to Baxter Health's standards as they appear in Baxter Health's intranet Lippincott/VNAA Library.
Required to work with the Director of Home Health, regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the BRMC Home Health Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of and degree holder from a Physical Therapy Education Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
Preferred experience: 12 to 18 months related experience, excluding clinical affiliations required to complete a degree
Licensure: Current Arkansas PT license in good standing required. Valid and clean Driver’s License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits. Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required.
Certification: Current CPR certification
Preferred Education: Master’s or DPT Degree
Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required. Driving required.

Must be able to operate a computer keyboard and PC mouse to utilize computer software for patient care documentation.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a home setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Direct patient care staff: Monday – Friday 8 hour shifts. Additionally, holiday and weekend work will be scheduled per the
current rotation templates.
