Requirements:
New York State Physical Therapist License within one year of hire
Minimum one year prior experience
Must have 2 yrs of Acute Care PT and Inpatient Rehab Unit PT Experience
Outpatient PT with pelvic health experience required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
