About the Job
Scarlet Home Health Care continues to grow in the Columbus area and is looking for a full-time *Physical* *Therapist* to join our team. This position would offer very flexible hours and a stable caseload and will cover Grove City, Canal Winchester, London and surrounding areas. Area of coverage will be determined based on the candidates location.
We are looking for someone who can help improve the well being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home bound patients.

*Qualifications:*
· Ability to perform therapy evaluations, routine visits, and OASIS documentation
· Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.
· Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
· When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries.
· *Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs*
*Requirements:*
· Computer skills; must be able to work within EMR system.
· Must have current Ohio therapy license in good standing.
· Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
· Current CPR.
· New graduates are welcome to apply. We have a strong orientation program and are able to mentor new graduates in order to ensure a great experience in home health care
