Physical Therapist, College Park - Peachtree Orthopedics

Peachtree Orthopedics is looking for an exceptional physical therapist trained in orthopedics or orthopedic/sports medicine interested in joining our College Park office. The current patient mix is split between operative and non-operative, workers compensation, Medicare and commercial insurance patients. The clinic uses the latest cutting-edge technology and start of the art equipment to ensure the quickest recovery time for your patients.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and intervention.
2. Experience in designing treatment plans for orthopedic patients; including both operative and non-operative diagnoses.
3. Experience with EMR documentation and patient-reported outcomes preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Bachelors, Masters, or Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
2. Work Experience: Entry Level to Experienced Welcome
3. Licensing and/or Certifications: Georgia license required.

JOB DEMANDS (Physical)
Requires assisting patients with mobility, demonstrating various exercises, performing manual therapy, regularly lifting 25-50 lbs.  Vision and hearing correctable to within normal limits.
