We are a private practice outpatient orthopedic clinic with a very family oriented, fun company culture. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who values teamwork and is passionate about helping to improve movement and function in their patients to join our team.

Physical Therapist Experience / Responsibilities

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting preferred
• Experience in treating a wide range of cases including general orthopedics, geriatric, and sports related
• Experience and knowledge of vestibular, and pelvic health cases desirable but not necessary
• Experience in performing Diagnostics tests such as Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS), Nerve Conduction Studies, and Electromyography Experienced with Discharge planning with physician, patient, family, and other facilities
• Establish treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses
• Coordinate with referral sources on patient progress.
• Document daily notes, patient evaluations, progress notes, re-evaluations, discharge summaries and other client care coordination activities.
• Attending scheduled departmental meetings and training.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

Valid California Physical Therapy License (or pending) or PTLA status (Current or upcoming)
