Requirements:
New York State Physical Therapist License Required
Minimum one year prior experience
Acute Care PT and Inpatient Rehab Unit PT Experience
Outpatient PT with pelvic health experience required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)/CPR certification
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
