Physical Therapist - Dinuba Healthcare

Job Description:  As a Physical Therapist at Dinuba Healthcare, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of physical function and independence. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the physical condition and needs of residents.
• Develop, implement personalized treatment plans, and therapy programs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans, as necessary.
• Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques to aid in recovery and promote wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
