Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company. We are committed to improving the function and quality of life for our patients. It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
• Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
• Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
• New grads are welcome!
