- Up to $115,000 starting salary (based on experience)
- 18,000 Sign-on bonus
- Excellent benefits package including employer match on retirement and generous PTO policy
- Outpatient setting treating adults only
- 4 x 10 hour or 5 x 8 hour work week - flexible!
