We are looking to hire Fee for Service Physical Therapists for Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau and Suffolk locations.

- Design and implement individualized treatment addressing skill areas such as fine, gross, and visual motor, sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, etc. as they relate to child and adult occupations.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Educate and train Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide carryover of sills addressed in therapy.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Following through with assigned cases/visits. All visits are in-person.
- Valid New York State Professional License

- After school/Day program hours
- Weekday/Weekend availability
Pay Range $80,000 to $110,000
Sign-On Bonus $2,500 for Full-time; Prorated for Part-Time and Per-Diem
