We are primarily a Neurosurgery focused organization with a fast growing Physical Therapy department. As we continue to grow, we are urgently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to enhance our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

*Position Overview:*
* Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist
* Location: Frederick, MD (with occasional support in Rockville, MD)
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Administer effective physical therapy interventions to promote optimal functional outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises and techniques for self-management.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in physical therapy practices and techniques.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
