Physical Therapist - Home Care - Bonsai Rehab

We are now hiring a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the
Sterling, IL area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.

Job Requirements:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Must have some experience, not open to new grad PTs.
• Able to work part-time or PRN hours.
• Comfortable seeing patients in their homes.
• 3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week.
