This is a HYBRID opportunity. You can provide in person therapy at the location several days a week and two days a week you can provide Virtual Therapy. Set your own schedule.

Qualifications:
- Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
