**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- **Licensing:** Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
- **Skills:** Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
