• Salary: $33.99/hr. to $54.39/hr.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention
• Responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities by designing, implementing, and modifying treatment interventions
• Responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages

Requirements:

• 2 years of Relevant Experience
• Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Current for a Minimum of 90 Days After Hire Date.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Currently Licensed in the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist or Willingness to Obtain Prior to Relocating.
• Schedule Varies Based on Location and Specialty (Typically 8-5)
• Outpatient (M-F 8a-5pm), Home Health (Sun-Thur OR Tues-Sat), Acute Care (Rotating Weekend and Holidays), Post-Acute (M-F 8a-5pm)
