This position will be paid as contractor 1099 and will be per patient pay rates and to start as PRN with the work coming into Heber as we grow the census in that area. We offer great pay rates and the best team in Utah!

Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
