Upstream Rehabilitation offers a fantastic opportunity to travel throughout our network of 1200+ clinics while you deliver best-in-class physical therapy care to our patients. As an Upstream Physical Therapy Traveler, you will have the benefit of in-house support, while getting to work across a variety of brands and opportunities. Once you’re done traveling, we make it our goal to help you transition to a permanent home clinic that best suits you, including leadership opportunities.

- Responsive on feedback regarding assignments and willingness to go where support is needed (with your preferences considered)
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
