Job Description:

Affiliated Health Physical Therapy Group treats complete body rehabilitation from work, sports, and accident injuries; as well as specializing in  head, neck, back, and/or facial pain.

• Evaluate new patients - understand their current medical and emotional situations and develop plans of care.
• Educate the patient on treatment options and home exercises that can assist in complimenting their clinical sessions.
• Monitor pain managemen as a crucial component of care.  Utilize techniques that can assist in pain reduction to increase their functions and everyday activities.
• Determine when to discharge patients.  Teach patients proper mechanics, ergonomics and strategies to reduce future incidents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.
• Write timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Physical Therapy
2. Valid state licensure
3. Experience in treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and pain management

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.  May be eligible for hire bonus
