You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. Physical Therapist - outpatient- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.- Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.- Direct and supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide's. - AHA BLS requiredWhy You Should Join Our Team?- We offer a $5,000 retention bonus - We provide an IRS approved Student Loan Debt Reduction Program currently at $1,300 and increases to $1,500 after two years. We pay the lender directly each month which reduces the student’s tax burden.- Because having fun is a part of our values.
