Overview:

At Physical Achievement Center, we prioritize your expertise and potential, offering you a clear path to success and growth. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Orthopedic clinic in Oshkosh, WI.

Compensation: Achieve $100K+ in total compensation through a structured bonus system and performance-based rewards.

• Patient Focus: Provide one-on-one patient care without using aides, concentrating on patients aged 45+ who seek to avoid surgery, medications, or injections.
• Focus Areas: Spine, shoulder, and lower extremity pain, with 100% of marketing directed toward consumers.
• Treatment Approach: Utilize manual therapy and exercise-based treatments with scheduled sessions of 45 minutes for evaluations and follow-ups.

Schedule / Hours:

• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM
• Work-Life Balance: Your schedule will be mutually determined based on availability and patient needs—no weekends or holidays required.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
