Overview:
Due to growth, PhysioWorks is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient clinic position in Silverdale, WA. Part-time candidates with at least 16 hours of availability per week will also be considered. 40 hours per week are available.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of patients. The clinic is a mix of general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. The PTs on the team see a caseload of 10-12 patients per day. Patients are scheduled for one-hour sessions.
The well-rounded team in Silverdale includes both PTs and PTAs.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate empathic team player. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.
Within this role, you will work with injured workers in specialized programs such as Work Conditioning and Work Hardening: our specialized Work Rehabilitation Programs. Most other insurances are also accepted, so you will have the opportunity to work with various patients.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday.
The schedule is very flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic. The option to work 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s is available. No weekends. No holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary in the range of $90,000-$125,7000 per year based on experience and certifications.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
