Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - Infirmary Health

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

• State license required 
• CPR certification

Desired Qualifications: 

• M.S. degree from an accredited Therapy program
• Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification:

• State license with clinical speciality

Performs evaluations, plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.
