Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Rocklin, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Bonuses:

• Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.

Job Overview:

The position is full-time, offering a rewarding work environment where youll treat an average of 14 patients per day. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
