Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Sacramento, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
Our clinicians treat an average of 14 patients per day, providing high-quality care and personalized treatment plans for individuals dealing with various physical conditions or injuries. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
- Educate patients and families on proper techniques, injury prevention, and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
