We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Moinca Ca
You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life
Physical Therapist - outpatient - Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals
- Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports
- Direct and supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide's. - AHA BLS required Why You Should Join Our Team? - We offer a $5,000 retention bonus - We provide an IRS approved Student Loan Debt Reduction Program currently at $1,300 and increases to $1,500 after two years. We pay the lender directly each month which reduces the student’s tax burden
