Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Walla Walla, WA. Job Description:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to achieve treatment goals.
- Educate patients and families on effective home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Washington state Physical Therapist license
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
