Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a prime location! This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed PT with a focus on pelvic health to work in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will provide high-quality care to a manageable caseload, allowing for personalized attention and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations, particularly those related to pelvic health.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home care, and injury prevention.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Minimum Background Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Physical Therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
- Experience treating patients with pelvic health-related issues.
