- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve treatment goals
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
