About the Job
A well known Rehabilitation Center located in Philadelphia, PA has an immediate need for Physical Therapist.
Type: 13 weeks Contract/Temp
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
• Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
• Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
Requirements:
• Must have current PA State License
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Solid knowledge of healthcare industry and related guidelines
• Must have 2 or more years of clinical experience
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
