Job Title: Physical Therapist - PRN

Location: Marble Falls, Texas

Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Scheduled Hours)

Hourly Pay Rate: $32 - $53/hour

Job Overview:

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, adjusting therapy programs and goals as needed. You will provide patient education, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support the development of your colleagues clinical skills. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, modifying therapy programs and goals as necessary
• Perform clinical documentation thoroughly and on time; ensure accurate charge entry
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers
• Stay updated on clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practices
• Align personal work activities with organizational goals
• Maintain compliance with national, state, and organizational guidelines

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience
• Certification/License:
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain BLS within 30 days of hire
