This position is located in two neighboring facilities in Holbrook, NY and Center Moriches, NY.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
