We have Contract role for Physical Therapist for our client Sacramento, CA. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
Position Details:
Physical Therapist- Sacramento, CA
Location : Sacramento, CA 94621 (Onsite)
Project Duration : 3 Months
Pay rate : $60/Hr on W2 with limited benefits
Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:
• Required to prioritize start of care visits
• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience
Territory: Sacramento, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation
Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
Documentation System: Kinnser
Equipment Issued: iPad, Telecommunication One Talk
Mileage Reimbursement: ***/mile (from first to last patient)
Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid
