Description:

• The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications is required for all Patient Care area Positions.
• The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible and accountable for the evaluation, planning, implementation, and assessment of physical therapy services for inpatients and/or outpatients.
• The Physical Therapist is involved in assisting the Supervisor in compiling reports, data, etc. 
• The Physical Therapist will plan and provide care to patients reflecting individual patient needs (cognitive, emotional, educational, physical and chronological maturation).
• The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required. 
• Uses knowledge and judgment needed to meet the treatment needs of patients and families.
• Often works under the pressure of time and accuracy in accomplishing patient care.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills.

     
Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. 
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Maryland or Delaware state licensure is required, depending on the state of residency.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Compassionate and attentive to detail.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
