Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist committed to delivering outstanding physical therapy services. The right candidate will have a passion for patient care, hold a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, and have a valid Physical Therapy License, with a focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in a dynamic workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver superior healthcare services to patients.

- Conduct assessments of new patients and devise care plans.

- Administer treatment and establish measurable, functional objectives.

- Instruct patients on treatment plans and home exercises.

- Oversee aides and evaluate patient progress.

- Emphasize pain management as a vital part of patient care.

- Decide on patient discharge and provide maintenance strategies.

- Ensure documentation is both prompt and accurate.

- Maintain a reasonable productivity level.

- Contribute to research and protocol development.

- Offer feedback on policies and strategies.

- Address patient concerns swiftly and professionally.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest physical therapy research and methods.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, 36 hours per week, within clinic operational hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive compensation averaging $80,000 annually.

- Additional income through profit sharing and bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 annually.
