About the Job
Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Physical Therapist to become part of our client's Home Care and Hospice team in Salida, CA to work in the Sonora, Jamestown, and Cold Springs, CA area. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Urgently Hiring: Hiring Manager is looking to hire quickly! This will not be a drawn out interview process. One and done interview.
Pay
- $130,000-$140,000+ (based on experience)
- Bonus potential: based on productivity, every 2 weeks.
Shift
- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm or create your own schedule!
- Can start at 9:30am, 10am, 11am, etc.
- No: on-call, weekends, or holidays.
Qualifications
Required:
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- CA state Physical Therapy license.
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR Certification.
- Driver's License and reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Comfortable going to patient's homes.
Preferred:
- Community or Hospice experience preferred. Open to other backgrounds as long as your understand Home Care and Hospice philosophy.
- A Physical Therapist who is very caring and passionate who will take their time with patients and not rush them.
- A therapist who lives in the Modesto, Oakdale, Jamestown, and Sonora, CA area to be able to treat patients in the Sonora, Jamestown, and Cold Springs, CA area.

Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist who will be tasked with delivering comprehensive physical therapy services in accordance with a personalized care plan to the patient population consisting of seniors, post-surgical, stroke survivors, cardiac conditions, etc. Key responsibilities include assessing patients' therapeutic needs, evaluating their physical capabilities such as muscle strength and mobility, and directing appropriate treatment to enhance comfort and functionality. The therapist is also responsible for educating patients and their families on the use of therapeutic devices, reporting changes in patient conditions to physicians, and participating in discharge planning. Additionally, the role involves supervising Physical Therapist Assistants or Hospice Aides, providing consultation to caregivers, engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
