Job Summary:
A leading provider of school-based related services in southeastern PA, is actively seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to work 5 days per week with school age children for the 2024-25 school year. The caseload for this
role would be divided between the Harrisburg and York, PA areas. Experience in the school setting and specialized classrooms preferred; however, our experienced management team and clinical resources can help support your
transition into school-based practice!

updated with new educational practices, embracing innovation and research to empower therapists to work effectively with students, their teachers, and their families. Through our Clinical Fieldwork Program and various service
projects, we maintain strong relationships with regional universities and community groups.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Provide direct therapy to students from preschool to grade 12.
- Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation and maximize the student’s potential.
- Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection, progress updates for marking periods, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.
- Attend IEP meetings as recommended.
- Travel required throughout the school day.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy educational program
- Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
- Passion for working with children and a clear dedication to helping them maximize their potential
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Exceptional desire to learn and grow as a collaborative member of the team
- Required background clearances must be completed within one year of the start date unless otherwise indicated
