Look no further, LaGrange Care Center is looking for a PRN/ FT Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team!

• We are located at 2111 W Point Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240

Responsibilities:

· Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.

· Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist.

· Implements and modifies the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision

· Measuring & recording residents motor function, strength and muscle performance

· Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary.

· Observe residents and write progress reports.

Must have a Physical Therapy Assistent license
