Clinic - Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team to provide, evaluate, and implement physical therapy services to pediatric clients.
*** PRN Saturdays opening available at our Stafford Clinic ***
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school program of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)- new grads are welcomed to apply!
- Licensed to practice as an Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Texas by anticipated start date
- Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but necessarily required
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
