Compensation: Hourly rates range from $15.80 to $22.46, based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care by conducting vital assessments, supervising exercises and stretches, applying modalities (such as ultrasound, ice, heat, electrical stimulation, traction), and maintaining medical records.
- Conduct unbiased lift tests to assess an individual's ability to safely perform predetermined tasks with proper mechanics.
- Handle administrative tasks including patient scheduling, copying, faxing, typing/computer usage, and phone communication.
- Manage medical records by ensuring confidentiality under HIPAA law, processing insurance authorizations, and organizing filing.
- Perform office maintenance and cleaning duties such as disinfecting table surfaces, laundry, exercise and modality equipment care, and supply inventory and stocking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess the ability to communicate effectively through written instructions, complete routine written logs and reports, comprehend and follow verbal instructions, and respond to audible stimuli. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced education or certificate from a trade school (PT Tech, PTA, ATC, personal trainer) OR more than 3 months of experience in a related field involving anatomy, medical terminology, and exercise.
- Current CPR certification.
