Technician Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapy Technician is a friendly and hardworking individual who is looking for an entry-level career opportunity in an outpatient setting.
Essential Job Functions:
● Assisting with patient care and related activities
● Data intake and supporting documentation as permitted
● Reporting all treatment procedures
● Assisting with routine cleaning and maintenance
● All other duties as assigned and permitted by law
Front Desk Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Admin is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments within the office, completing administrative processing (authorizations and verifications), reports, and record keeping. We are seeking an individual who is personable, naturally friendly, bright, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. The ability to support patients, answer their questions, and lead them in directions to solve issues they may have is essential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Must be able to manage time
- Requires the ability to multitask
- Should be a good person and fun to be around
- Must be able to work some evenings
- Proficient computer skills and typing skills and software knowledge

Sign On Bonus: $500.00
Annual Incentive Bonus: up to $4,800 per year
License & Experience:
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing personality along with a desire to improve the quality of life of our patients and clients.
- Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
- An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to meet the physical demands of the job, such as routine lifting, carrying, and pushing.
- Medical front desk knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must be outgoing, professional, and organized
- Must be available to work full time hours Monday-Friday
Min:USD $17.00/Hr.Max:USD $20.00/Hr.Annual Incentive Bonus Up To:USD $4,800.00/Yr.
